The service
SLP Tracker helps speech-language pathologists and SLP students log and track clinical hours — practicum, externship, and Clinical Fellowship — with goals, weekly pace, reports, and supervisor share links. It is provided as-is, free of charge.
Not an official record
SLP Tracker is a personal tracking tool. It is not affiliated with ASHA, any university, or any certification body, and it does not replace the official documentation your program, employer, or certification body requires. You are responsible for verifying your hours against official requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Enter accurate information; the app reports only what you log.
- Do not enter client-identifying health information in entry descriptions — use general descriptions of your clinical work.
- Only share supervisor links with people you intend to see your hours.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service reliable and your data backed up, but the service is provided without warranties of any kind. Export your data regularly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data or any damages arising from use of the service.
