What we collect
- Account information — your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile photo Google shares with us.
- Your tracking data — the clinical hours, observation hours, dates, descriptions, goals, and settings you enter.
- Feedback — messages you choose to send through the in-app feedback form.
We do not collect analytics identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, or contacts, and we do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
How your data is used
Your data is used solely to provide the app: calculating totals and weekly pace, generating your PDF reports and backups, and rendering read-only share links you explicitly create. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a Neon (PostgreSQL) database; authentication is handled by Clerk. Every request is scoped to your account — each user can only read and write their own rows. Supervisor share links expose a read-only view of your hours and only while the link is active — you can revoke a link at any time from Settings.
Export and deletion
You can export all of your data (JSON or CSV) from the account menu at any time. You can also permanently delete your account and all associated data from the account menu (“Delete Account”). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
