SLP Tracker helps speech-language pathologists and SLP students track clinical hours across their careers — practicum/externship hours, Clinical Fellowship (CF) hours, supervised-observation hours, weekly pace, and goals. Log hours in minutes-level detail, watch your weekly progress, generate branded PDF reports, export your data, and share a read-only progress link with your supervisor.
Frequently asked questions
How do I log hours?
Open the tracker, tap “Log Hours,” pick the date, and enter hours and minutes worked. If a supervisor directly observed part of that time, enter those observation hours too (observation hours are a subset of hours worked). Add an optional description and save. You can edit or delete any entry later.
What’s the difference between total hours and observation hours?
Total hours count toward your overall goal (e.g., 1,260 CF hours). Observation hours track time a supervisor directly observed you (e.g., ASHA’s 18-hour direct-observation minimum) — they’re tracked as a separate total and are never subtracted from your main goal.
Can I change my goal, start date, or weekly minimum?
Yes — open Settings to adjust your start date, program length in weeks, total hour goal, observation goal, weekly minimum, reminder time, and theme. All progress views recalculate automatically.
How do I share my progress with my supervisor?
Create a share link from the app menu. Your supervisor gets a read-only web page showing your hours and progress — no account needed on their end. Links can be set to expire, and you can revoke a link at any time, which immediately disables it.
How do I export my data or generate a PDF report?
From the user menu you can generate a branded PDF report (summary plus week-by-week detail) or export your raw data as CSV or JSON. Your data is yours — export it whenever you like.
How do I delete my account?
Open the account menu and choose “Delete Account” inside the app. This permanently deletes your account, all logged hours, settings, and share links. You can also email me at the address below and I’ll delete it for you within 30 days.
Is my data private?
Yes — your entries are only visible to your account (and to anyone you give a share link to). See the Privacy Policy for full details.
